RUG8 Annual General Meeting on Wed 19th October

Hello Fellow RUG 8 Member,

I hope you have had a good summer on our lovely river with our excellent weather (though a tad too hot for a few days!) I am writing to tell you that we will be holding our AGM (postponed by Covid) on Wednesday the 19th October at 7.30 pm at Walton Rowing Club with their kind permission.

The bar will open at 7.00pm to start things off. A formal email has been sent out to members. We will have reports on our reaches to cover what has been happening there since our last meeting, I think plenty has happened and regrettably somethings that should have happened, have not!

If you have any item that you think should be an Agenda item please email me asap and it will be considered most carefully. We hope to get out an Agenda to you before the meeting. A representative of the EA will be in attendance.
